I have to say that from the cleaning and servicing my solar panels to installing the Telsla powerwall 2 , the Kdec Team provide me with excellent services and products, polite friendly staff and responsible tradesmen.The communication was great from all , everything explained very well.I would highly recommend Kdec to anyone looking for quality workmanship.

From my initial inquiry through to my solar PV system's installation, I felt supported by the KDEC team every step of the way.I spoke with four local installers in the process of researching the right solar PV system for my home. KDEC was the only one that insisted on sending a sales representative to my home to gather my requirements, and this really added a human element to what is typically a process that feels very impersonal. Kyle was nothing short of helpful, friendly, and professional; he really knows his stuff! I was provided with plenty of data to help inform my decision.After choosing my system, KDEC provided with me a clear set of "what to expect next" steps. This outlined who was responsible for each step moving forward, and how long it was expected to take. I was never left wondering what was going to happen next.When the big day arrived and KDEC's installers - Alex and Justin - visited my home they were super courteous, careful, and it was obvious to me they took pride in their work. They even stuck around when the job was done to answer all of my questions. They seemed determined to ensure I was happy with everything, and I really appreciated that.I can't recommend KDEC highly enough. I'm now going to enjoy the benefits of what I know is a high-quality system, for years to come. I also know support is just a phone call away; that peace of mind is almost invaluable to me.

‘We found Kyle from KDEC just great. He was happy to come out a second time just to explain to us exactly what we were getting. We were very happy to proceed with him, he walked us through every aspect of the Solar Rebate and what would happen. When all paperwork went through KDEC came made a date and time to come out to do installation. The young men that came were all very polite neat and tidy, the job was done very professionally. Kyle was there to ensure all went well. The team left our premises clean and tidy they took all wrapping/wires/rubbish so we had nothing to do but enjoy the benefits of our new solar. Late last year I contacted several solar energy installers to get some quotes to have a system installed at my home in Thurgoona.KDEC are very informative and answered all of our questions. KDEC encouraged us to shop around and provided some helpful tools to assist us to make our decision when attempting to compare systems.I found KDEC very easy to communicate with and they were not at all pushy. In the end, we chose KDEC based on their professionalism and knowledge.KDEC provided a rough install date and actually installed ahead of schedule. KDEC had the system installed in a day and completed handover with me the following day.The system went live at the end of November and has run smoothly as silk ever since even though the bushfires with heavy smoke.I couldn't recommend KDEC highly enough. I will definitely use them again for any future installs.

We installed a 15kW system after I had requested a 20kW system quote from Kdec. Kallan reviewed our requirements and as it turns out, very appropriately, sold us down to a 15kW system. He could have easily done the opposite and collected a considerably larger orderr. The system was installed and has been operating for a number of years without issue other than two small Fronius software glitches that affected my viewing of system performance. Even though the system is not under warrantee Kallan has responded quickly to my requests, helped me fix or fixed my issues without thought of invoicing me. Its refreshing to get service above and beyond your expectations, on time and as indicated. I would recommend Kdec to anyone considering solar. I am not easy to deal with. Kallan and the boys have done a good job.

Installed our 7.8kW Fronius solar system with 10.5kW of batteries. Very happy with the planning and installation process - they certainly know their stuff. The installers' attention to neatness and detail was impressive - first class installation job. We now have a first class solar system, independent power when the grid drops out, and no power bills. Highly recommend.

Very personalised quoting process with little to no pressure to buy. Visited by the manager of the company who was open and honest. He actually down-sold me, explaining that I didn't need to spend more than I had to. Great communication in general. Was competitive and reasonably flexible with prices. Products installed by well mannered staff, even though they damaged my roof (which was fixed within 24hrs!) and got too comfortable inside my property (using the toilet frequently, power points and setting up a luncheon in my garage without asking).
